MaTHeMaTiCs` "PReLuDe To The ANSWeR"...

I haven`t listened to this joint yet, but figured that I would share the link with y`all `cuz I know that I am not the only Wu-Tang Clan fan out there. This one is a free mixtape from the Wu`s DJ Mathematics titled "Prelude To The Answer". As you can guess it`s been released to spark a buzz for his full length album titled "The Answer" which drops on April 16, 2013. It`s the follow up album to "The Problem" which dropped back in 2005. For those of you interested in copping "The Answer" you can do so by visiting Mathematics` Bandcamp page right here.

BuDD@H BLe$$eD EnT. PReSeNTs: "Ya KNoW iT`s EaZy VoL. 1"...

Re~uPP`d originally posted 04.18.2007...

I`ve always felt that Eazy-E "Tha Hip Hop Thugsta" never really gets the props that he deserves. I am not sure why that is exactly, maybe it`s because he wasn`t the iLLeST emcee on the mic, maybe it`s because he didn`t write all his rhymes, or it`s the fact that he died from AIDS. Whatever the case, it needs to change because this kat contributed a whole lot to the Gangsta genre of this music we love called Hip Hop. I don`t have the time to get into all of his contributions, so I will just share with y`all a lil` something to showcase some of what Eazy-E brought to the table. I put this lil` mix together for my own personal listening pleasure, but a few of my homies seemed to like it & suggested that I share it with the blog so that`s what I`m doing. Enjoy the music...

CaPoNe-N-NoReaGa`s "T.O.N.Y." [PRoMo CD SiNGLe]...

Today I`m gon` share with y`all the promo CD single for Capone-N-Noreaga`s "T.O.N.Y. (Top Of New York)". This is actually the very first track that I heard from the duo, it`s also my favorite joint from them. It dropped back in 1997 & was released by Penalty Recordings. Carlos Broady & Nashiem Myrick produced the beat while Tragedy Khadafi has a guest appearance. For those that don`t know this joint`s from Capone-N-Noreaga`s CLaSSiC debut album titled "The War Report". On this single you get 4 tracks in total; the Radio Version, the LP Version, the Instrumental & finally the Acappella (unfortunately it`s an edited version). Do yourself a favor & check out this great tune, you`ll be glad that you did...

This dude does voice work now, you can catch him in "Saints Row"...
April 1, 2009 at 5:38 PM

Kish a.k.a. Andrew Kishino reps Toronto, Ontario, Canada & to my knowledge has released two albums in his career as an emcee. The first one titled "Order From Chaos" was released back in 1991 & it included his biggest hit "I Rhyme The World In 80 Days". The second album is titled "A Nation Of Hoods" & it was released in 1994 with it`s sole single being "Crates To Concrete"....

Shortly after releasing his second album he apparently moved out to L.A. to work as a Hip Hop producer, but nothing really panned out for him so he began work as a voice actor. He has done voice work for television, animated cartoons & even video games (which seems to be his bread & butter `cuz he`s done lots of `em). As mentioned by the Anonymous visitor back in 2009 you can hear his work in the video game "Saints Row" as the character Donnie, he also made a returning visit for "Saints Row 2" as Donnie, but also Kish & Ziggy as well. Anyways that`s all that I know of this kat, so now I share with y`all his second album "A Nation Of Hoods". It`s a decent listen, go `head & check it out...

I used to hang with these guys I'm even in the video "All She Wanted". I lost my copy of "Strictly Savage" a couple of times moving. I can't find it and when I do see they want like $85. This album would've done well if it were released in the states

These White~boys, Tom J the Savage & Steve Austin a.k.a. the Knucklehedz were supposed to be the next in line for a Hit Squad release before the EPMD break~up. Whether it was the EPMD break~up or the fact they were on East/West Records, I`m not sure, but for whatever reason this album was never really officially released in the US, but there are a few promo copies out there & apparently the album was released in Europe...
